The dress came in 3 weeks as told, but when I received the dress it was not like the picture, the neck collar strangles me I can't breath and totally uncomfortable, I bought it custom sized but I have to go to a tailor and pay more money to adjust it, plus the sleeves are super large on my wrists and it doesn't look nice at all. The sleeves and back are not transparent like in the picture, they are white and it is not beautiful at all like in the picture. They put 3 layers on the dress so you can't move your arms at all because you fear that it will tear. Plus it says it is for summer in the description but it is super hot to wear and I will just sweat all day long, that's the worst nightmare a girl can have on a special day. Finally the embroidery pieces on the train looks nothing like in the model picture, we can see edges of the tulle of the embroidery all over the train and it look awful. It's super cheaply made, it is glued on top of the train. I was very disappointed with this purchase.

I opened a dispute on their website and I verified if it was really opened but they did not answer me so I had to email them so they answer me.

I emailed tbdress to tell them about that, and they told me that custom dresses can not be returned, but then I told them that on their website it is written in their refund policy "4. Full refunds: we offer full refund on any item that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault." And that in my case, this is totally their fault. I cannot wear this dress on my engagement day, or else it will be *** for me. I fear I will need to make a cash back with my bank if they do not full refund me. Plus, I had the bad surprise that I had to pay custom fees, and they didn't notice me when I was purchasing it. I only knew it when the dress arrived and I had to pay 36.83$ if I wanted to take the dress.

This is stealing money! According to their refund policy, I'm eligible for a full refund. But guess what tbdress replied to me when I told them that. They sent me a dot. "."

That was the worst experience I could have with any online website...
