I have purchased clothing online for the amount of 1500 ZAR in November 2016 i have been following up on my order as per provided details to track shipment till date i have not received my order i have submitted countless complaints to the site to no response. i have been refunded my shipping fee thus far however i still am at a loss of 1500 ZAR which they declined to return.

Dont fall pray to such sites stay clear as the site is bogus.

The site promises an enriched shopping experience but this is all a *** story. all return mails state they trying to locate shipment it is now long gone.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

TBdress Cons: Unable to receive refund or exchange.

I'm having same problem so I call my credit card and disputing the charges maybe more ppl need to do that . I agree horrible site
