This is a response to an account manager by the name of Lucy. I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire process.

I ordered a dress for a special event in good faith that I would receive it as displayed; however, it was sent to me damaged. Damages included missing sequins as well as stench with the odor of "dry shrimp". Immediately upon receiving the dress I reached out via email requesting some sort of rectification. After days I was given an option to purchase a new dress with a "courtesy" 30% off, or I may receive a partial refund without a dress.

I am not being a difficult customer, I am only requesting that I am given what I paid for. I don't care for a refund, I care about receiving a beautiful dress as I thought I'd receive when I made payment to your company. I paid the dress, along with the shipping fee at that time. I requested that a new dress is sent in place of the dress returned, and with disbelief I am advised that I am responsible for the shipping label return cost as well as the re- shipping cost for the new dress if I wanted what I originally agreed upon from the beginning, a dress.

As upsetting as this has been, I paid to return the item in hopes that your company would do the right thing to salvage this business- client relationship by sending me a new dress for the returned dress. I was disappointed and in complete shock when I was re- contacted by an account management by the name of Lucy. Lucy advised that the company has received the "parcel" returned to await refund. She didn't even care about the experience I had, or even attempted to make it right by giving me an option for another dress.

The response in itself tells me about the integrity or the importance or retaining business relationships. When I responded back I advised her that I did not care for a refund, simply a new dress sent according to my correct measurements. Lucy then sends me an unsecured message with the instructions of loading money onto Paypal. This is my absolute last attempt on trying to find a middle ground with this company.

I had no choice but be inconvenienced to return the damaged item, I was also not given a choice in paying for it either. The right thing to do is to not only refund me in FULL, but for the cost of the return shipping label. That would be the right thing to do! I am not even seeking that- I just want a new dress sent to me undamaged with the measurements sent and the re- shipping cost comped 100%.

I have had the same experience. I have never been so frustrated with a company in my entire life. I donโ€™t write reviews for anything but I would never purchase another thing from this company, if they were the last company on the face of earth.
