As per last status tbsdress has stuck to our ageeement and have refunded moneys agreed for me that says a lot about a company sticking to their word integrity is a big thing for me as i was not upset about the product quality but more around process when ordering as a first timer in that i need to specify cheap save option for shipping to avoid paying customs which i did and when ordering any lace products will specific to not add cream standard undercoat/ net thanks to pissedcustomer i can say my issues were resolved

First timer as what a shock ordered 3 dresses averaged USD 150 each

Problem 1 request dress in green and received dress in green and cream really where did i ay any point ask for cream the looks like a Christmas tree forwarded pictures and informed max i would be refunded is 30% really

2nd dress red usd133 received invoice before they will deliver saying u must usd155 is this a joke

Reason of review: Dress customised incorrect and none disclosure - shipping costums charges if not choosing super savings option to courier .

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: Return red dress and courier it super saving shipping to avoid paying additional money 2. green dress refund usd100 as offered 3. Mens tops out of stock did forward alternative 5 times.

Integrity says a lot and today I can give tbdress 100% in this area as tbdress as stick to our agreement and refunded me will i use tbdress again oo yes quality of product was excellent biggest issue was customs and basic cream netting under lace dresses know what shipping to opt going forward to avoid customs will also specify no basic netting so I am a happy customer

Today received dress number 3 the red dress and i can say i am a satisfied customer apart from the customs charges of USD150 which was more than the dress i am happyJust a small suggestion in particular around lace items as i noticed red lace top had the dreded cream netting underneath i am not sure if this is standard but suggestion to provide clients with an option if they want cream base netting or not else very happy have already removed cream netting and looks 100 times better same as green dress removed cream nettings and cream bottom shirt and what a differenceAs agreed i am going to close my review with status as resolved and await tbsdress to refund me as agreed USD 100 for green dress and usd100 red dress however if i do not receive refund will open a new review with pissedcustomerTo pissedcustomer that to this web i was able to view my unhappiness and note that this is the only time tbdress responded so it says something thank you.

Received today my second order which was mainly mens clothing and guess what had to pay again customs close to USD 50 in total i have paid close to USD200 - shockingProducts received top excellent material good quality well done but that is it the two tracksuit tops and two tracksuit pants even though looking like picture but quality material used schocking it is the cheapest i have ever seen the material is so thin you can see right through itGreen dress was fixed at an additional cost of USD 40Red dress paid today customs of usd150 and is waiting for dress on refund promise still have not seen anything in total my experience with tbdress a disaster my total bill with customs is now close to usd700 shocking shocking

After my last review on pissedconsumer on purchases i have received the following proposal from tbdress ON CONDITION that I changed status on pissedconsumer that review was resolved - REALLY status on review will only be changed to resolved once you have credited me i am comfortable with your proposal and is awaiting credit and will gladly updated status on review as resolved once credit were received taking into account that even by crediting me i would still be out of pocketDear valued customer,I just talked with our manager and I am willing to refund ...... as compensation for you and you you can keep the green dress at the same tiem.As for the red dress, i am willing to refund .......for you once the returned package was received .Hope you can understand that aramex will not return the refused package back to China.The parcel package will be destroyed locally.So, in this case, all we can do is refunding you the money which is ........and we are unable to over refund.

That's all we can do right now.Hope you can undersantd that And actually after refunding you ........of this dress, we need to use the amount left to pay our staff members and manufacturers, so we will earn no penny from this order, and we will lose money and dress at the same time.If it was accepted, please kindly change the review on pissedconsumer to be "Issue Resolved". Once the review was changed, please let me know and i will immediately refund for you.
