I placed an order for 5 shirts. I got the confirmation from them.
Couple days after I got email from them saying 1 shirt was shipped. It’s been 15 days and when I try tracking it all it says is it’s in transit. 4 days after another email saying 2 more shirts were shipped, can’t track them because they’re not in the system as yet. Every time I call their customer service they give me the run around.
Today I’m told one of the shirt is sold out and the refund was sent back to my card.
I told her I needed something in writing, was told to check my card in 10 days. The other shirt I was told is still being made.
