One girl ordered her dress via expedited shipping service and received her dress

on July 16, 2013, dress was ordered June 24th, that is a total of 21 days. I

had written two days ago noticing that the dress is not "same as picture".

please note future buyers, since the customer service representative has failed

to answer the question, what color is the dress that is shown above, the color

is pink. Tb dress sent a champagne color dress and are now telling me that there

is no problem with the dress. They sent the wrong color.

Now other bridesmaids are receiving their dresses and their dress are pink, just

like "same as picture"

Tb dresses is unwilling to issue an exchange to correct their mistake for not

sending the dress "same as picture" dress color. They want me to keep this

champagne color dress as a part of my bridal party attire. So one bridesmaid is

in a champagne color dress and the others in pink, when my maid of honor already

has a different color dress.

I was told for me check again, and they reserve the right not to service an

Look at the photos future buyers and tb customer service reps.

The dress sent does not match the above advertisement for this dress and does

not match the other bridesmaid dress.

Tb dress is not willing to admit their mistake, and issue me a new dress or a

return box. My wedding is 3 weeks away.

Omg, they are awful. I gave them 3 tries, and they all in the garbage. I bring the dress to have it alter or fixed, the seamstress suggest I throw it away. It cheaper.

I email them they said there is nothing they can do.

Oh we'll money lost lesson learned.
