I ordered two dresses for my sister’s wedding. I was given an incorrect arrival date and they were FIVE WEEKS LATE.

I contacted customer service 4 times through email, and a representative told me they would not accept my items back. Why? I never used them and they didn’t even fit! They were FIVE WEEKS TOO LATE.

Unopened, unworn. After another 3 attempts to contact a competent representative, they offered me a discount instead. I obliged and it’s now been 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything. This company is pathetic and should be shut down.

Now I understand why they offer cheap prices. Cheap clothes made by incompetent, cheap humans.
